I’m Ryuhei — I’ve been building things on the internet for over a decade. SaaS, AI/ML, full-stack, usually somewhere close to the customer. These days I’m interested in how AI tools change the way we write software, but mostly I just like making things work.

I write about whatever I’m working on or thinking about. Sometimes that’s code, sometimes it’s photography, sometimes it’s a hike I went on. No real agenda — just things I found interesting enough to put down.

Background

I’ve worn a lot of hats. Project management, product development, leading dev teams, working with clients — the usual stuff that happens when you’ve been at it long enough. I’ve run a few businesses too. Some worked out, some didn’t. So it goes.

Most of my time is spent building and shipping things — figuring out what to make, how to make it, and getting it out the door with whoever’s around to help.
